Liz MacDonald
With over 30 years in business development in the health and wellness field, Liz is a highly-respected industry leader, public speaker, and teacher. She has been nominated two years in a row for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneurship award, and has received numerous Leadership awards throughout her career. Liz is an author, content creator (with online courses on teachable.com), retreat leader, and private consultant to women. Through all of her endevours, it’s her passion to encourage children, teens, women, and families to do the best they can and – with faith, hope, and love – to keep moving forward one step at a time. She and her husband Brad have been married for almost 25 years and have five children.

Catherine C. MacDonald
Catherine is the primary contact for all sales, operations, and client care. In addition to her leadership within HH Wellness Co., Catherine has run her own business for the last three years in the health and wellness field. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing from St. Francis Xavier University. Born in Alberta, Catherine was raised in Nova Scotia where her love of sports, traveling, and new adventures was nurtured. Inspired by her deep love for her family and dear friends, Catherine is passionate about helping others to achieve their heart’s desires.
Certified Yoga Therapist and Instructor
Shyla Hacala
Teaching yoga and for over 12 years, Shyla is a profoundly knowledgable instructor. Devoted to the merging of both excellence and depth in her teaching, she has spent many years studying yoga as a therapeutic practice and is honoured to be one of only 6 teachers in the Atlantic provinces with the C-IAYT designation – the International Association of Yoga Therapists Certification. This is the gold standard for Yoga Therapists, with only 280 teachers in the world holding this certification. Through her sessions, Shyla teaches us adaptation, flow, and how to honour the parts of ourselves we might be neglecting. She has experienced first-hand the healing nature of what yoga can do.
